Return to nature, your natural habitat
Nordenary creates immersive nature experiences in the Nordics — hiking, yoga, rock climbing, winter and creative expeditions and retreats. Out of the ordinary, deeply back to nature.

What we do
I believe nature is our home, not our refuge
My Myrenberg is the driving spirit behind these adventures. By collaborating with family and friends, each bringing expertise from their own field, truly authentic nature experiences are created. Her work is built on the balance between tough and gentle, challenge and stillness.
Here, you can join retreats, expeditions, and courses featuring off-trail hiking, nature meditation, rock climbing, yoga, and more.
With years of education and experience in guiding and outdoor instruction, My brings both solid knowledge and a dynamic approach to every experience. She is known for her authenticity, passion, and ability to create meaningful moments in nature.
She can't wait to welcome you on an adventure that's anything but ordinary.

Meet My
I finally found my way back home
Reclaiming my place in the outdoors changed my life. I was on my way to a career in political science, but the calling from nature was stronger — I swapped fighting for the right thing for tuning in to the elements.
It is the small wonders that hold me: the first sunrays of the morning, the smell of yellowing birch leaves, a robin hopping around you curiously, the cold biting at your smiling cheeks. Simple and grand at the same time.
I believe we have forgotten to return home, home to nature. Nature holds a simplicity, complexity and rawness that also lives in you — and years outdoors led me to Nordenary taking form.
Nature is a perfect classroom. It challenges you through weather and terrain, and brings out the strength you already carry — with rest between the pushes, not only pushing hard.
From people she has guided
What really made the experience stand out though was our guide, My. She was genuine, kind, incredibly knowledgeable, and clearly cared about both the experience and everyone's safety. Nothing felt scripted or rushed, which made the hike feel much more personal and authentic. You could tell she truly loves what she does and the area she's guiding in.
My was amazing — she was always smiling and supportive, offering advice where needed but also encouraging us to try navigating. Cannot rate her highly enough. She got stuck in with our group and games. Absolutely brilliant.
Amazing guide (My), really inspirational. We felt safe and her expertise and general demeanour was exceptional.
“Come as you are. Leave feeling stronger.”

Before you join
Questions people actually ask
Am I fit enough to join?
The experience is adapted to the people and the weather, rather than squeezed into a fixed frame. If you are unsure, write to me and tell me where you are — you will get honest, detailed information back so you can decide.
What if the weather is bad?
There is joy and beauty in all elements of nature, and rain does not have to be only an uncomfortable event. We prepare, we adapt, and we keep going.
Can I come alone?
Yes. Many join on their own. You will be met as you are, and part of the work is making a group where people support and see each other.
What if I have needs or fears I need to bring up?
Say them. Needs are not something to be ashamed of, and existence is not a guessing game. Tiredness, fear, joy, silence and muddy boots are all welcome.
How do I book?
Send a request through the form. You will hear back from me personally — there is no payment step on the website yet.
