Meet My

I finally found my way back home

Nature guide, yoga teacher and adventure leader based in Voss, Norway.

Voss / Norway — 60.6272° N, 6.4233° E

I was born on the High Coast in Sweden. Among the rough sea, the rising mountains, and the warm pine forests. Somewhere between all of this, is where I've always known I needed to be.

Growing up, I wanted to make an impact. I cared deeply about injustice and unfairness, and that eventually led me to study political science. At first, I found it fascinating—how we organize our societies, and what creates a more just and fair world. But pretty quickly, it started to feel too theoretical. I found myself too far away from reality.

Then I went on exchange studies in the US, and things became real again. Fighting for justice. Organizing. Mobilizing people. Standing up for issues like everyone's right to housing. But fighting for something also meant fighting against something else. It was a disruptive and frustrating state to live in. Much of the energy that drove the work came from anger. Eventually, I got tired.

When I finished my political science studies and started my outdoor guide education, I felt a strong need to make my world much smaller. I only wanted to focus on myself and the people around me. Everything else felt too tiring. Out there, I discovered how powerful it is to be mindful of myself and the way I affect my immediate surroundings. I remember thinking: maybe this is what evolution looks like. I can simply live by example, and that creates ripples. Vibrations. I don't need to fight. I can show another way. It was a different kind of energy. One that flowed downstream rather than pushing upstream.

When we are in nature, life becomes simpler. We need food, warmth, water, and shelter. Meeting those basic needs can be challenging, and through that challenge we find strength, empowerment, wonder, connection, exhaustion, and awe. Our whole emotional spectrum comes alive. Beauty is everywhere. Fulfilment is simply being. Uncomplicated.

I’m deeply passionate about sharing my inspiration. I do love working with other people — people who are curious, open to learn and generous with themselves. People who want to create meaningful experiences together.

My philosophies

  • By practicing inner sustainability, we can reach outer sustainability.

  • Pay attention to the sources of life — water, sun, earth, love — and you will want to care for it.

  • Return to the simple ways. Nature teaches you everything you need to know.

  • Get the support you need, while doing something hard.

  • Experience something out of the ordinary.

What sets my work apart

  • I lead with presence, not a script.
  • I find joy and beauty in every element of nature. I'll show you that no weather has to stop us from enjoying a day in the wild.
  • I believe in the balance between challenge and restoration. Pushing hard means little without making space to slow down, recover, and reconnect.
  • I enjoy both ends of the spectrum: high energy and deep stillness. I find grounding through movement, adventure, and restorative moments alike.
  • I co-create experiences with people who are deeply passionate about their craft, drawing inspiration from everything from bushcraft, plant knowledge, fishing and hunting to nature therapy.
  • I lead with curiosity and see the world through the eyes of a child. Beauty and wonder are everywhere — even in the places you'd least expect.
