Who is responsible

Nordenary, My Myrenberg — organisation number 938 163 154 — is responsible for the personal information collected through this website. You can reach me at the contact form.

What is collected

Only what you type into a form yourself. There is no tracking, no analytics and no advertising on this website.

  • Booking or interest request: your name, email address, the experience you are asking about, the number of people, and your message. For events booked with a deposit, also your mobile number, used only to send you the Vipps payment link and reach you about the booking.
  • Newsletter signup: your email address, together with a record of your consent — the date and time, the wording you agreed to, whether you signed up from the newsletter field or ticked the box in the request form, and the moment you confirmed your signup.

Why, and on what basis

Requests are used to answer you and to plan the experience you asked about — that is the legitimate interest of replying to someone who contacted me, and the steps taken before an agreement. The newsletter is sent on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw at any time. Ticking the newsletter box in the request form is separate and voluntary: leaving it unticked changes nothing about your request.

A signup is always confirmed twice. After you sign up, you receive one email with a confirmation link, and nothing is sent to you until you open it. The consent record is kept as proof that the signup was yours, and is deleted together with your address.

Where it is stored, and for how long

The information is stored in a secured database used by this website, hosted within the EU, and a copy of a request may be sent to my own email inbox so I can reply. A confirmation copy is also sent to the email address you entered, so you know the request reached me. Requests are kept for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting experience, and no longer than two years afterwards. Newsletter addresses and their consent record are kept until you unsubscribe. An address that is never confirmed is deleted within six months.

Who else can see it

Nobody buys or receives your data for their own purposes. The website hosting and database provider, and the email service that delivers your request to my inbox, process it on my behalf. When an experience is run together with a collaborator, only what is necessary for that experience is shared, such as dietary needs you have told me about.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your information, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, withdraw your consent to the newsletter, or object to my use of it. Write to the contact form and I will handle it. You can also complain to the data protection authority in your country.
